Pure Cleaning agrees to perform all duties with reasonable care and to complete all tasks as outlined in your service agreement or selected package/service.
P.C. agrees to arrive on time allowing 15 minutes window frame for traffic or weather conditions.
P.C. move only small furniture/items/stuff to clean floors.
P.C. will provide cleaning supplies and tools, unless you decide to use your own.
P.C. although we sometimes we wash dishes and pick up things that may be misplaced, wash dishes and organize is not included in our standard services.
P.C. when performing deep clean we can employ a ladder up to 6 ft but on standard services will use only 3 ft to reach higher areas.
P.C.we love pets ! but we are not responsible for pets that escaped due to unsecured doors or windows.
P.C. we reserve the right to refuse service if we encounter unsafe environment or conditions.
P.C. we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for:
repeated cancelations or nor payment.
disrespectful abusive behavior towards staff.
P.C. is not liable for damage resulting from defective surfaces, fixtures or pre- existing damages that may worsen during cleaning.
P.C. will conduct a walkthrough and take pictures four our records and as proof of any pre- existing damage to anything before the first cleaning.
P.C. may update these terms anytime. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
P.C. we reserve the right to raise any rate/price as needed.
Bi-annual price review are implemented. Client will be notified in advance.
Clients
If you decide to use your particular cleaning products and/or tools. have them ready for the scheduled cleaning day or let us know where you have them so we can grab them.
Payment is due at the end of the service, unless yo make a prior payment agreement.
Have access to the house as agreed. some one will be home or key/ code provided.
For everyone's safety, pets must be secure during cleaning.
Please note that washing a full sink of dishes is not included in our standard service, unless is either included in the initial price or added later with additional fee.
Please be advised that we do not pick a lot of things like toys, clothes, shoes, pet toys, or other stuff because is not included in our standard service, unless this service was requested and included in the initial price, or added later with and extra fee.
If you need to change the frequency of the service, the price will change accordingly.
Rescheduling with in a week or following week will be billed at same price.
Rescheduling beyond two, three, four or more weeks, the service will incur and extended time fee.
Rescheduling will depend on avability.
Ocasional cancellation are accepted, after two cancelations will be a charge.
Cancellations of service will incur in a fee of $20.00
Cancelations made with in 24 hours of the service will incur a fee of $30.00
Cancelations during a window frame of service (1 hour prior service) will have a fee of $40.00
Any damage or missing items must be reported with in 24 hrs.
if the termination of our services becomes necessary, we appreciate a minimum of 15 days advance notice before your next service.

If you have anything yo say or complains please let us know with in 24 hours ( our guarantee cover 24 hrs ) and we will re-clean the area (s) at no additional cost.
